On Sunday 14 June, Inflow Yoga will be holding a workshop called “The ‘Fundamentals of Yoga”. This workshop is specifically for beginners or new yogis to raise confidence and learn the main poses of the practice. This workshop will be instructed by Alison from the Inflow Yoga teaching team. Alison has a passion for teaching beginners at the start of their yoga journey. The workshop starts at 9.30 am and finishes at 12.00 pm.
At the workshop you will learn how you can:
- safely execute common yoga poses;
- flow in and out of poses;
- apply the basic principles of alignment;
- incorporate the breath into your practice; and
- come into presence and meditation in class
The Fundamentals of Yoga Workshop is an ideal introduction into yoga practice for beginners. New yogis will gain knowledge and confidence with their budding yoga journey.
