At ITC it is fair to say we love food. We also like eating local and recognising local establishments that go the extra mile to make someone’s day special. We would love to encourage you to eat local when you can. It is an exciting time in the Lane Cove restaurant scene. There are your local restaurants that have runs on the board and continue to offer good food and service and then there are some new kids on the block.
In September, there will be a new fish and chips restaurant, a new cafe and a Indian Fusion restaurant opening in Lane Cove Village. In Lane Cove North there will be a new Pizza cafe and Coffee shop. Greenwich recently saw the opening of a new cafe and even Northwood is getting into the act with Jack & Co and a rumoured new coffee shop. There is also a new bistro operator at the Lane Cove Club.
So to celebrate the launch of our new website, ITC has launched the In the Cove Foodie Awards where you can vote for your favourite restaurant and/or cafe in the Lane Cove Council Area (this includes Lane Cove, Lane Cove North, Lane Cove West, Greenwich, Mowbray, Longueville, Riverview and Northwood)
The voting opens on 16 September 2015 and closes at 5 pm on 10 October 2015 (only one vote per person). To thank you for voting, each person who votes goes into the draw to win a $100 gift voucher at their favourite cafe or restaurant in Lane Cove.
