The A-Z of Lane Cove – H is for Homewares

Who doesn’t love browsing for homewares?! Be it shopping for the perfect cake stand; updating the every-day glassware; finding a gift for the mother-in-law; sourcing a statement chair to impress the neighbours; or just treating yourself to the latest must-have gadget. Well, look no further than Lane Cove – we’ve got you covered!

If you head down Burns Bay Road, past Lane Cove Bowling Club, just along from Renegade Cycles, next door to Agora IGA Express, you’ll come across Stella Bella Home. You may have noticed their tres cool bright pink caravan out the front (where you can buy coffee!). Stella Bella is a “boutique homewares, furniture and children’s clothing store”. But we think their USP (unique selling point, don’t you know!) is that they will source furniture/homewares items for you – if you are looking for that standout item to ‘finish’ your newly decorated room, pop in and have a chat to owner Nikki.

Once you have ‘found’ them, in the middle of Lane Cove Arcade (aka Snowberry Arcade), we predict you will return to Found Gifts & Homewares regularly. If the friendly service isn’t enough to bring you back, their fab range of homewares, household gadgets, jewellery, clothing and gifts, will.

Pop in for more ‘old school’ style homewares and gifts (including a good range of traditional Christening presents), plus some garden furniture and adornments, and so much more, hidden throughout this larger than expected shop on Longueville Road, next to the Commonwealth Bank.

It was a sad day when One Village closed its door, but the good news is that they are still trading online, with a shiny new website coming soon. In the meantime, you can continue to contact Yumi through the One Village Facebook page.
