There are some lovely places for Mother’s Day dining with your loved ones in Lane Cove. Here is a wrap up of some of the special menus on offer.

For only $15, you can say thanks this Mothers’ Day with a healthy lite breakfast and a coffee OR a strawberry-banana crepe with a hot chocolate for only $15! We know which option ITC will be choosing!!!!!
Hayworth Restaurant
If you have been travelling past the Lane Cove Country Club and seen the bright orange sign Hayworth, you might be wondering what it’s all about! Hayworth is the name of the new dining offering at the club. They cook old fashioned dinners, and regular club fare, fish & chips, shepherds pie & baked dinners. Hayworth has roast dinners available for lunch and for dinner, and scones for afternoon tea. They are taking lunch and dinner bookings for Mothers Day. Dinner will also include some toe tapping entertainment with Jo Cunningham. Call 0429 471 555 to book.
Lunch is two courses and $35.00. Dinner is two courses for $40.00, which includes a small cover charge (to cover the cost of the musicians – cover charge is not applied to children’s meals).
Scones on the terrace, $10 per person for a pot of tea and a Scone, Jam & Cream, available from 2pm till 4.30pm.
There is plenty of free parking, a beautiful lush green to gaze over, and not too many stairs. Come and see your local secret, we bet you’ll love it 
The Lodge Lane Cove
Give mum a well-deserved break – book now for Mother’s Day Breakfast, lunch or dinner – with a special menu available. Kids also eat free for dinner with each main course ordered. Call 9420 1629 to book your table today.
We know that some people can only catch up with their mums prior to Mothers Day Sunday so why not book into Stain for their special Mother’s Day celebration dinner from this Thursday to Saturday Night. They have delectable 2 and 3 course meals to choose from. 2 course $45 pp 3 course $55pp. BYO. Phone them on 9427 8083 or PM them on Facebook to make a booking! Stain is booked out on Mother’s Day Sunday for Brunch and Lunch. Stain is fast becoming one of the “go to” places for brunch.
Unwined Bar Lane Cove
Treat your mum to a night out before Mother’s Day, and take her to see some live music in Lane Cove at the Unwined Bar this Friday or any Friday. The Unwined Bar now has a new breakfast menu and they will be open for Breakfast and Lunch on Mother’s Day. All mums get a free glass of champers. Mr ITC highly recommends the Eggs Benedict (below).
Fink Chocolate Cafe
Spoil mum with a Fink breakfast or lunch. Fink will have their standard menu and some very special Mother’s Day Dishes (see below) plus every mum will receive a special gift on the day. Book by calling them on 9420 8240.
L’Italiano Cucina e Pizza
We have heard some great reviews about L’italiano lately. One ITC follower told us that this is now their fav restaurant in the Cove and they love love love the Pappardelle All’Anatra – slow cooked duck ragù!
L’Italiano has a set Mother’s Day lunch menu $65.00 for adults ($30.00 for kids). They would love to see you there. They will have a la carte menu in the evening. You can book on 9420 1101.
Laughing Ganesha
Laughing Ganesha is open on Mother’s Day from Noon till 10 pm. They have a special three course set meal and a comp glass of wine or tap beer for $24.90 per person. Kids below eat free. Bookings are essential. Call 9420 3876
