Christmas In Lane Cove – Ho Ho Ho

ITC loves loves loves Christmas.  ITC was supposed to be born on Christmas Day!!  That did not happen; so my middle name is Noelle and ITC loves belting out a few carols.  The ITC family always go to Christmas Carols in the Plaza and we sing out loud, proud and very out of tune!!  We also enjoy going to all the other Christmas Events in Lane Cove – so here is the run down.

Lighting of the Christmas Tree – Friday 9 December from 3.30pm

The Lane Cove Council has planned a great way to kick off the festive season with a special show from Nick Jr.’s PAW Patrol. Get down early for Nick Jr.’s PAW Patrol Ready for Action Show and meet some of your child’s favourite characters from 3:30pm – 5:00pm. (ITC is a huge Skye fan)

From 5:00pm DJ Jazzy and her featured performers will treat the crowd to a live Christmas musical celebration with exciting original material and sing along Christmas Carols.

From 6:45pm, local choir Alkira, will perform some seasonal classics. This will be followed by a very special, first-time-ever-performed Christmas in Wonderland pantomime show from 7:05pm.

Make sure you’re still there at 7:50pm to help the Mayor of Lane Cove, Councillor Deborah Hutchens, countdown to the lighting of the stunning tree at 8:00pm. There will also be a magical light show in the Plaza following the Lighting of the Tree.

Families will also be able to enjoy free craft activities, stalls and face painting from 4:00pm – 7:00pm on the day.

Good on you Lane Cove Council – this looks like fun!!!
