Soulful Fitness is a Yoga and Pilates studio in the Village Arcade in Lane Cove. If you’ve seen people walking around the plaza in their Pilates or Yoga singlet with their mat this is where they are heading. Soulful Fitness offers an astonishing 63+ Yoga and Pilates classes per week including; Pilates Reformer, Pilates Restorative Reformer, Cardio Bounce Reformer, Pilates Mat, Pilates Interval Training, Barre, Candlelit Yin, Sunset Yin and Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Heated Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Yoga and over 60 virtual spin classes) They also have at least 2 workshops on per month including mindfulness, sound healing, crystal healing, back care and nutrition.
The studio was established in May 2015 by fitness industry guru Amanda Bracks to be able to offer a place for movement, reflection, strength and relaxation that is delivered with low impact movement that gets results, delivered by experts in a non-intimidating environment. Core strength, long lean muscles and a relaxed and refreshed mind are the main objectives of most of the sessions delivered along with restoring muscle activation, improving circulation, improved organ function, posture correction and other medical and physical issues.
Soulful Fitness were a finalist in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards 2016. They were the only Yoga and Pilates studio finalist out of the entire fitness community!
