The ever-popular Greenwich Village Arts Trail, now in its 7th year, has attracted 25 artists opening their studio doors to the public. A few years ago the Sydney Morning Herald reported that Greenwich was part of a creative cluster (and we don’t think they are wrong). Put aside the 3rd and 4th November to discover local artists.
Arts Trail Map
Many of the artists on the Greenwich Village Arts Trail have won multiple awards and have been hung and shown in prestigious art events.
There will be oil, acrylic and watercolour paintings, sculptures, jewellery, pottery, photography, and linen, silk and paper prints on display and for sale on the Greenwich Village Arts Trail.
Visitors can enjoy wonderful bush and waterfront walks as they wander from studio to studio, and choose from four cafes for meals and coffee. Studios are open on the weekend each day, from 10am to 4pm. Train, ferry and bus stops are all within a short distance of the trail and maps are available at the local shops or on the website.
If you love art you will love the Greenwich Village Arts Trail. Why not grab a group of friends and tour the sites together, then have a cuppa at one of Greenwich’s lovely cafes. You get a real insight into an artist’s working space.
The Studio Bonnie team are screen printing and handcrafted textiles artists. You can read more about them here.
See you on the trail.
