The staff at soulful fitness are always friendly, helpful and most importantly passionate about what they do. I’ve been a member for a year now and go 3-4 times a week and can’t get enough. I go to hatha yoga, Pilates, pilates reformer and barre classes and there is still so many other types of classes you can participate in. Soulful Fitness has done wonders for not only my body becoming leaner and toner but also mentally and emotionally balanced as regular excercise does. Can’t praise them enough!
