Mitch (Michelle) Gibson started Yogabowl in 2005 wanting to bring safe, do-able Yoga classes to real people like you. Her fitness background meant she is very aware of the benefits of moving the body. What Mitch didn’t expect were the benefits to her emotional and mental health & well-being in Yoga.
Recently some serious illness issues and work addiction gave Mitch a wake up call. She is now committing to doing less, and providing Yoga-based offerings for other exhausted givers.
