Job Title: Assistant Manager - Jack & Co
Location: Northwood, NSW 2066
Hours: Between 5am - 10pm (40 hours per week)
Days: 5 days a week, including some weekend and evening work
Salary: $55,000-$70,000

Jack & Co's mission is to be the world's freshest convenience store. We are on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to lead our Northwood store team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Northwood store. As a Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, maintaining quality control, and ensuring seamless store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Ensure high-quality coffee and food production
- Manage stock levels and ordering
- Create rosters and work to a labour budget
- Maintain store cleanliness and regulatory compliance
- Set up and production of breakfast lines, instore sandwiches, and hot bakery lines
- Open store and lead team on duty
- Report equipment issues and maintain company principles
Requirements:
- Motivation to take ownership of the position
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Desire to build and maintain a high-performing team
- Customer-centric approach
- Willingness to assist in other store areas as needed
- Food safety certificate preferred but not essential.
