Job Title: Assistant Manager - Jack & Co
Location: Northwood, NSW 2066
Hours: Between 5am - 10pm (40 hours per week)
Days: 5 days a week, including some weekend and evening work
Salary: $55,000-$70,000

Jack & Co's mission is to be the world's freshest convenience store. We are on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to lead our Northwood store team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Northwood store. As a Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, maintaining quality control, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Hire, train, and manage staff
  • Ensure high-quality coffee and food production
  • Manage stock levels and ordering
  • Create rosters and work to a labour budget
  • Maintain store cleanliness and regulatory compliance
  • Set up and production of breakfast lines, instore sandwiches, and hot bakery lines
  • Open store and lead team on duty
  • Report equipment issues and maintain company principles
 

Requirements:

  • Customer-centric approach
  • Willingness to assist in other store areas as needed
  • Food safety certificate preferred but not essential.
