Then on a bushwalk we’ll see what kind of stones we can find and if we can turn one of them into a magical one! \nPlease cancel your booking and stay at home if you or your child are unwell or if you’re no longer attending. \nREFUNDS UP TO SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT ONLY. \n• Tickets are essential for both adults and children for all activities. Once children’s spots are booked out\, any remaining adult spots are NOT to be used for children. DESCRIPTION:4 WEEK COURSE BEYOND THE STRETCH : GENTLE HATHA YOGA\, 90 MINS @ Galuwa Recreational Centre\nWednesdays 10.15-11.45 \nLocated at the brand new Galuwa recreational centre in Lane Cove\, 180 River Road\, Lane Cove \nThis inclusive yoga class holds a safe\, welcoming space for EVERY BODY – regardless of prior yoga experience\, how you look or how you feel. Permission-based and kind\, this gentle Hatha Yoga class offers a chance to slow down\, reconnect with yourself and experience yoga as a practice for the mind and heart as much as the body. \nWith breath\, movement and mindfulness you can look forward to prioritizing calm awareness. Physical postures support the body\, but they are not the end goal. Instead\, the practice gently settles the mind and nervous system\, offering benefits that extend well beyond the mat and into daily life. \nLed with creativity\, curiosity and intrinsic joy\, this class invites mindful connection – helping students feel grounded with a sense of ease\, both on and off the mat. \nWhat you may notice most is not how far you can stretch … but how you feel after the class. \nWe look forward to welcoming you. \nWHAT TO BRING \nPLEASE NOTE: Yoga props help support the body and make the practice feel so much more nourishing. \nWe do not currently have props in the Yoga space so please bring a yoga mat and a large blanket or towel for the class. \nAny extra props you’d like to bring along (like blocks and a bolster or pillow) will go a long way in enhancing your practice. \nDee Reddy grew up in India and now calls Sydney home. Her classes offer a warm\, gentle and nurturing space to slow down and reconnect — a practice for the mind and heart as much as the body. \nTrained in Restorative\, Hatha\, Yin\, Tantra Hatha\, Somatic\, and Trauma-Aware Yoga\, Dee blends mindfulness\, compassion\, and gentle curiosity into every session. She hopes each student leaves her classes feeling calmer\, softer\, and more at home in themselves. Her biggest joy is working with and for her local community. \nWhen she’s not teaching\, Dee can be found knitting\, reading\, drinking chai\, or doting on her rescue pussycat\, Tinsel.
