Interested in learning more about a wholistic approach to nutrition that will suit your lifestyle? Come join us as we welcome Registered Nutritionist Michelle Fernandez to educate us on lifestyle changes, healthy sleep habits and all things nutrition. You’ll learn more about sleep hormones, individual macronutrients and how supplementation can help round out your diet.

Michelle holds a masters degree in Human Nutrition and a bachelors degree in chemistry and biochemistry. She combines science and research to deliver an interactive educational session that will help you achieve your goals.

Michelle does not believe in one diet only but teaches to use whole foods to heal and passionately believes that the key isn’t in just telling someone what to eat but helping them understand how to prepare it efficiently and to make it suit their lifestyle & commitment levels.
