Lane Cove Literary Awards 2017: An Anthology

The Lane Cove Literary Awards is a successful annual writing prize that recognises excellence in Australian writing. In 2017 the writing categories were Short Story, Memoir and Poetry.

This anthology includes the winning and shortlisted entries from the Lane Cove Literary Awards 2017.

Memories of Lane Cove

In 2017 Lane Cove Council organised a project that invited Seniors who were living in Lane Cove over 25 years ago to share their stories about living in the area in earlier days.
Council was thrilled to receive some fantastic entries that shared stories about Lane Cove’s history and development. A selection of entries have been included in this publication which was an initiative of the Strategy for an Age-Friendly Lane Cove. Both publications will be available for purchase at the event:
