DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Lane Cove Festival with a taster session of Men’s Cooking\, a friendly program for men over 55 to try their hand at the stove and take part in some seniors’ festive games. Guided by Ku-ring-gai Neighbourhood Centre\, participants follow recipes to prepare a three-course meal\, then sit down together to enjoy what they’ve made.\nIt’s a relaxed way to meet likeminded men over 55\, and this special festival session on Thursday 3 September runs from 10am to 12:30pm at the Living and Learning Centre. Ongoing sessions continue twice monthly for anyone keen to keep building their kitchen skills.\nBookings essential.
