SUMMARY:Building Resilience — Lane Cove Library
DESCRIPTION:Lane Cove Library marks Mental Health Month with a practical\, affirming session on resilience\, led by psychologist and Somatic Experiencing practitioner Ksenija Mijatovic. The talk explores what stress actually does to the body and how genuine emotional resilience is built through everyday life\, including human connection and meaning-making. \nMijatovic draws on her background in integrative psychotherapy to offer an approach that works with the body rather than against it\, giving attendees tools they can put into practice straight away. \nThe session runs on Saturday 10 October at Lane Cove Library. It’s free\, but bookings are essential.

SUMMARY:Learning to Lead with Geraldine Koh
DESCRIPTION:Lane Cove Library marks Mental Health Month with an evening session on everyday leadership\, presented by speaker and workshop facilitator Geraldine Koh on Thursday 22 October. They are built around real-life insights rather than theory.\nThe talk starts at 6:30pm at Lane Cove Library. It is free\, but bookings are essential.
