SUMMARY:Moments in Music – Music from the Movies
DESCRIPTION:Explore how music shapes what we feel on screen at this talk\, Wednesday 23 September at Lane Cove Library. Film scores can make comedy funnier\, build tension\, establish mood and heighten emotional impact\, often working so seamlessly that audiences barely notice the craft behind it. \nLocal musician Graham Ball leads a discussion on film music history and the composers who turned scoring into an art form in its own right. \nFree event\, bookings essential.
