Create your very own gooey slime & delicious bliss balls from scratch!
A morning of fun & learning working with Sydney Therapy & Co.’s Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology team. Combining sensory stimulating activities which develop fine motor skills, coordination and planning alongside procedure writing and sequencing.
Procedural texts provide a GREAT opportunity for practising sequencing information or directions so that people can successfully perform activities in safe, efficient and appropriate ways just like in recipes and science experiments. Giving students a good grasp of this type of genre writing has multiple possible real-life applications!!
It’s time to get your hands dirty making slime and bliss balls with the Sydney Therapy & Co. team. Sequencing the steps in order and writing a procedural text so you can make them again & again!
Eat your bliss balls for morning tea & take your slime home.
