Fat loss made simple

I’m passionate about teaching women that they don’t have to restrict foods and don’t have to smash themselves in the gym daily to get results. I want to show women (especially mums) that they can have food freedom and how to train smarter NOT harder.
That’s why I’ve decided to run a webinar where I’m going to simplify fat loss to you. In this webinar, I will explain how you can build muscle and lose fat (aka “tone up”) without depriving yourself of your favourite foods.
Food is not just fuel! Food is connections, it’s culture, it’s part of making memories, experiences and building relationships. Women have been taught how to diet and restrict, not how to nourish their bodies properly. And many women (I was one of them) feel so restricted and stressed around food. And this is what I want to change.
Calories burned during your workout are not a great way to judge whether the workout was good or bad. Exercise is not the best and not the most efficient way to “control” or ‘burn” your calories. It, however, has many other benefits.
During my webinar, I’m going to bust some myths. Things I’m going to cover include: if certain foods help you to burn more calories than others (you might have heard that green tea, or spicy food or apple cider vinegar help to burn fat), fat-burning workouts and fat-burning zone, metabolism and if you can change it and how to keep your results once you achieve your goal (you don’t have to restrict yourself for the rest of your life).
Fat loss is actually pretty simple. However, that doesn’t mean it’s easy.
