Friday May 20th – THE IMPERFECTIONS & SISTERS HARMONIX
Sisters Harmonix are an acoustic harmony duo that have been playing together for more than 50 years. Sisters, Merran and Jo Bates perform live in restaurants and clubs playing mainly popular “folk style” covers with an emphasis on picking style guitar and close harmonies. They occasionally invite other musicians to bring more depth to their sound. Recordings only exist on vinyl from 1980s
Jo Cunningham and Merran Regan.

Jo (backing vocals / rhythm guitar) and Michael (drums) are more recent members. The band have performed only once before in public. Aptly named, they are a “work in progress” with some members having only recently started learning their instruments. Shall we say, the band enjoys the journey of learning and experimenting….
