Enjoy being guided through meditations each week to cultivate greater presence, awareness, ease and compassion, whilst developing helpful tools, habits and confidence to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

Meditation helps cultivate a clearer, more focused and relaxed mind – an imperative skill in our increasingly demanding and distracting lives. Through mindfulness meditation, learn to purposely pay attention to the present moment; respond to life’s experiences more thoughtfully; improve your physical, mental and emotional health, and meet yourself and others with greater kindness and compassion.

Build your mindfulness muscle week by week with the support of a Thursday evening practice as you are guided through several approaches to mindfulness mediation AND enjoy support while developing your own personal practice, with BONUS take home resources: recorded mindfulness meditations and activities to support you integrate Mindfulness into your everyday life.

◦Mindfulness will become a state of being, rather than something you do.

◦Learn the psychological and biological processes behind stress, worry, anxiety and rumination.

◦Understand why meditation can feel ‘difficult’ and discover ways to combat these road blocks.

◦Become more self-aware – notice what triggers stress, reactivity, avoidance and negativity. Cultivate the capacity to notice, be with and choose your thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

◦We will explore formal mindfulness meditation practices (seated, laying down, walking and standing) and also learn to apply mindfulness to our everyday lives – from mindful eating to conversations and our relationships.

Suitable for those new to meditation, curious to learn more about mindful way of living  and/or wishing to meditate in a supportive group environment.
