Join us for free Meditation on Zoom! Two sessions per week – 4pm each Tuesday; 11.30am each Thursday.
A 20 minute silent, mantra meditation after thoughtful input from our friendly group members.
No experience required, but you will need sound and preferably camera enabled via computer, phone or other tablet and an upright comfortable chair.
