About the Guest Speaker: Andrew Clifford – Co-Founder, Platinum Asset Management

Andrew co-founded Platinum Asset Management in 1994, and over a distinguished 30-year career has built a reputation for identifying overlooked opportunities in global markets. An advocate for thinking differently about economic cycles and market behaviour, Andrew has co-managed a range of successful global investment funds, including Platinum’s Global Strategies. Andrew is also a director of Australian Wildlife Conservancy, a not for profit that protects Australia’s unique wildlife through science, innovation and partnerships, restoring wildlife and habitats at scale. Andrew has also contributed to the community as a director of the JAAM Foundation since 2012, supporting various initiatives in the environment, arts, education, and humanitarian fields worldwide. Andrew will share his perspective on what’s ahead for the global economy, the risks and opportunities emerging for small businesses, and the trends worth watching as 2025 unfolds.
