TWEENS Yoga – 6 Week Course

Yoga helps Tween (3rd to 6th graders) girls and boys learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, developing balance and co-ordination, and connecting to their bodies in a loving way, while having fun with their friends.

Tweens Yoga provides Primary-school age children with a safe space to explore Yoga poses and developmentally-appropriate breathing exercises, creative movement games, and much needed relaxation techniques. Classes are fun, expressive, thoughtful and structured.
