Reduce your food waste, learn how to keep your composting worms happy, and make an impact on our waste systems!

Join ABC Radio guest garden guru, Toni Salter ‘The Veggie Lady‘ for an engaging worm farming workshop. For Lane Cove residents, you will receive a discount code for any composting equipment you buy through our Compost Revolution site.

The workshop focuses on using a worm farm at home and how to make your worm ‘pets’ happy. Toni will answer your worm farming questions and show you how to use this type of compost system successfully.

Bookings are essential as only 30 tickets are on offer.

Open to everyone, not just Lane Cove residents.

Bring a water bottle and pen and paper for any notes.

We usually get 40-50% of participants not showing up to our workshops after registering.

To reduce this, and allow those on the waitlist to join in your place, please let us know ASAP if you cannot make the workshop.

Bus:

• Busy bus interchange on Epping Rd, directly outside the Civic Centre
• Use the Trip Planner function on Transport NSW to find the best bus options.

Car:

• Car parking at multiple locations around Lane Cove
• Visit Parking in Lane Cove Council to find out more
• Little Street Car Park is the closest undercover parking to the Civic Centre.

Bicycle:

• Bicycle racks in front of the Phoenix St entrance to the Civic Centre.
