Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra For Stress Release (90 Mins) Fridays 6.30-8pm
Join our teacher Lauren for an evening of slow Yin Yoga postures to release tight tension in muscles and fascia causing pain and other physical alignments including insomnia, digestion issues and headaches. Once we release the tension, circulation improves and new blood is sent to areas needing healing.
Yoga Nidra is a proven relaxation method to get you out of your mind and into your body causing a massive sense of calm, balance and restoration. Join us for this unwinding class to help you enjoy your weekend after a busy week.
This is a slow and restorative class designed for those with tight muscles and tension in their bodies and minds that needs releasing.
