An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until 20 September 2018
After school Yoga will help children reenergize, calm their hyperactivity and improve concentration. This class will teach children to explore and better understand their bodies and beautiful minds, create healthy movement patterns and good postural alignment in a fun and non-competitive environment.
