His visual arts practice includes mosaic work and sculpture using found materials\, including a striking series of human-scale figures made from shredded paper. \nNow based in Sydney\, Alex also works in the disability sector\, using music and music production as tools to build connection and creativity with clients. His ability to combine hands-on artistic practice with empathy and adaptability makes him a strong and thoughtful facilitator\, one who creates space for participants to feel ownership\, agency\, and joy in the creative process.

Then\, stay for an interactive session with Sally Castell to discover how movement supports brain and body health.
