This area has a mysterious past and was once called Murdering Bay. \nThe gardens have evolved into a lush and tranquil space that reflects the taste of the many owners of Carisbrook over generations. Today\, it is beautifully maintained by the local Council.

Speakers are required to register by using the online form no later than midnight on the day prior to the Ordinary Council Meeting.  However\, if you do still want to speak to the council\, they will ask after the registered speakers have finished if any other person would like to speak to the council. \nThe public forum provides an opportunity to address only. DESCRIPTION:Carisbrook Historic House will be open and self-guided tours are available (headphones provided). \nTraditional Devonshire Teas are served in the garden courtyard\, with home-baked scones\, jam and cream. Coffee and cakes are also available. \nThe gardens themselves are well worth a visit. There is a walled back court yard and a front garden with lawn. On the eastern side\, ancient sandstone pathways and steps lead you down to the water’s edge of Burns Bay and into Linley Park (originally part of Carisbrook Estate). This area has a mysterious past and was once called Murdering Bay. \nThe gardens have evolved into a lush and tranquil space that reflects the taste of the many owners of Carisbrook over generations. Today\, it is beautifully maintained by the local Council.
