Lane Cove Bake A Cake For Your Neighbour – Chocolate Dessert Cake

bake a cake for your neighbour

In the Cove is encouraging residents to bake a cake for your Neighbour on Neighbour Day.  We have asked some of our local Lane Cove foodies to provide us with some recipes to help you out.  Wendy Middleton from A Cut Above Catering has given us the recipe to her Chocolate Dessert Cake.  We can’t wait to bake it!!

Wendy suggests you can cut the cake into stars or hearts – either showing neighbourly love or that your neighbour is a star.

If you do bake your neighbour a cake, we would love to see a photo of it.  All you have to do is post it on our Facebook page or tag #itccakebake on Instagram.  We will then select a picture to win a Lane Cove Prize Pack that includes one of our famous tea towels.  The Tea Towels are available at Burns Bay Bookery.

Keep checking on our Facebook page or website for more recipes to delight you and your neighbour.
