Bespoke Gourmet Food Hampers and Gifts from Batch by Batch

Batch by Batch is an exciting addition to the Lane Cove food scene. If you are a true gourmand you will love visiting Batch by Batch in Northwood.

    Batch by Batch’s Food Philosophy

Batch by Batch developed from a desire to cater to the discerning market that prefers quality food gifts. Their philosophy is that food gifts and hampers should be bespoke, and only include handmade foods from ingredients sourced in Australia (whenever possible).

    The Batch by Batch Team

Batch by Batch’s founder is Cate Holst. Cate is a food researcher and product developer. She is responsible for the design and manufacturing of all Batch by Batch products. Her extreme love of gourmet food development translates to her skills as a graphic designer. Packaging designed by Cate always reflects a seasonal and celebratory emphasis on all of their products

Supporting the team also is Helen Jones, Cate’s Mother, founder of Gallery Gourmet online and now participating in test kitchen activities and customer service.

    Batch by Batch Products

You might be looking for a gift for that special person, employee gifts, corporate gifts or teacher gifts, there is something for everyone at Batch by Batch.

    Gift Hampers and Gift Boxes

A food hamper is a brilliant gift, but how many times have you received a hamper that is filled with imported nutrition-less food items plucked from supermarket shelves? The hampers lack imagination and are poorly presented. A Batch by Batch customer understands that less is more. A hamper filled with food items made by artisans dedicated to working with the finest ingredients will be well received. They also specialize in corporate hampers.

Because Batch by Batch believes in first impressions, their hampers are packaged in a matt black box with a matching ribbon.

    Christmas Cake, Tarts and Puddings

Batch by Batch has a curated selection of Christmas Cakes, Tarts and Puddings. The Large Christmas Cake is so stunning it can be used as a centerpiece on your Christmas Table. The Christmas Cakes are full of brandy soaked fruits and topped with hand-piped shortbread biscuits. Available for in-store pick-up only.

    Sweets and Chocolates

If you have a sweet tooth, you will not be able to go past the stunningly presented Peppermint Bark, Hazelnut Praline, Rocky Road or the ever-popular Reindeer Poop.

    Preserves and Condiments

Forget the usual preserves and condiments, indulge in organic figs in Hunter Valley Port, Hot and Spicy Jalapeno Lime and Tomato Jam, White Peach and Jalapeno Jam or perhaps Strawberries with Balsamic – to name a few.

    Candles and Tea Towels

Batch by Batch also stock stunning handmade candles and tea towels (which are exclusive to  Batch by Batch).  A particular favourite is their Gingerbread Candle in a reusable cooking pot.  The candle smells just like baked Christmas Cookies!!!!

    Teacher’s Gifts

Kids love giving their teachers a sweet gift.  It is always fun to give your child’s teacher Reindeer Poop. Of course, they may like Rocky Road, Peppermint Bark, Christmas or Ginger Cakes.

Give someone a gift that will blow them away. They will enjoy every last bite of a Batch By Batch bespoke product.

The Batch by Batch team would love to see you in their Northwood store, but you can also order most products online.  Parking is available behind the store.
