Mitch (Michelle) Gibson started Yogabowl in 2005, wanting to bring safe, do-able Yoga classes to real people like you. Her fitness background meant she is very aware of the benefits of moving the body. What Mitch didn’t expect were the benefits to her emotional and mental health & wellbeing in Yoga.
