    Are you looking for vacant land in Longueville, Lane Cove West or Hunters Hill? Well, it’s vacant if you ignore the Ausgrid substation on the property. Ausgrid is selling off surplus land across the lower north shore.

    The land is sold with the Ausgrid substation, and an easement grants Ausgrid access rights.

    The sites are narrow and range from approximately 100 sqm to 500 sqm. The sites available listed by Bresic Whitney were marketed with guide prices.

    The Guide Price for 37 Vista Street, Mosman (100 sqm) is $ 475,000.

    The other properties are marketed by Belle Properties Lane Cove and do not have a listed guide price.

    The most likely buyer would be a neighbour seeking to extend their block. In 2023, the neighbour purchased a site in Gale Street, Woolwich. In 2024, they submitted a planning proposal to rezone the land from SP2 (electricity distribution) to residential.

    This is not the first time that Ausgrid has disposed of surplus assets.  In 2021 sold four blocks in Wahroonga; in 2022, Ausgrid sold a 2.86-hectare property in Zetland.
