Empower360 Fitness – New Studio in Gladesville

Empower360 Fitness has opened a new women’s strength studio in Gladesville, marking an exciting new chapter for founder Kate and the community she has been building for many years.

Last year the space was an empty warehouse — concrete floors, bare walls and a big vision. Today, it has been transformed into a purpose-built studio designed specifically for women to train, connect and feel strong in an environment that genuinely supports their lives.

More than just a gym, the studio has been created as a welcoming, family-friendly space where women can lift, laugh and grow in confidence, with room for babies, children nearby, and a strong sense of community at its core. Strength is celebrated, support is shared, and no one is made to feel they have to earn their place.

In the Cove has had a long relationship with Kate from Empower360 Fitness, who for many years ran popular teen bootcamps at Blackman Park. We’ve always admired what she stands for and love seeing her vision come to life in this new space.

During the upgrade period, alternative public bathrooms are available at The Canopy.

The NAB Lane Cove branch is currently undergoing an upgrade, with hoardings installed earlier this month.
