Lane Cove Rotary is calling for applications to the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) 2027, and they’re looking for young locals aged 18 to 30 who’ve been out of school for at least a year.
Rotary Lane Cove is inviting applications for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), a residential leadership program running in January 2027.
The program is aimed at empowering the next generation of leaders. Over several days, participants take part in workshops, team activities, guest presentations and outdoor challenges designed to build:
- Leadership and communication skills
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Self-confidence and resilience
- Goal setting and personal development
- Lifelong friendships and professional networks
Many past participants describe RYLA as a life-changing experience that helped shape their careers and gave them the confidence to take on new opportunities.
Rotary Lane Cove sponsors successful applicants, covering the full cost of attending the program.
If you, or someone you know, fits the bill, applications can be submitted online at d9685ryla.org.au. Places are limited, so early applications are encouraged.
