Where is the Green Sheep?

A wild and woolly adventure is coming to Chatswood these school holidays, as the much-loved children’s book Where is the Green Sheep? is brought to life on stage.

Created by Monkey Baa Theatre Company, this immersive theatre experience blends puppetry, animation and storytelling to delight young audiences. Children will meet a cast of playful characters including Blue Sheep, Red Sheep, Bath Sheep and Bed Sheep — but the big question remains… where IS the Green Sheep?

Designed especially for younger audiences, the show invites kids to join the search alongside three farmers in a colourful, interactive journey filled with movement, imagination and gentle humour. The production also features narration co-created with students from Bankstown West Public School, adding an authentic child’s voice to the experience.

It’s a beautiful first theatre experience for little ones and a nostalgic treat for parents who know and love the book.
