Located at 244 Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove, House of Core is focused on intelligent, functional movement. In other words, classes are designed to help your body move better in everyday life, not just look good in a studio mirror.

The studio’s approach is simple: purposeful movement, strong classes and good energy, without the intimidation that can sometimes come with fitness spaces.

A Pilates Studio Designed for Real Life

House of Core is built around the idea that movement should meet you where you are. Some days you may want to feel strong and challenged. Other days, you may need to slow down, reconnect and move in a way that feels good for your body.

Classes are structured to build strength, stability and mobility over time, with instructors guiding clients through reformer Pilates in a supportive and inclusive environment.

For Lane Cove locals juggling work, school runs, family life and busy schedules, the studio’s timetable has been designed to make regular movement easier to fit into the week, with early morning, mid-morning, evening and weekend classes available during the soft launch period.

Try a Free 20-Minute Class at Taster Saturday

Before the official opening, House of Core is inviting the local community to come in, meet the team and experience the studio at a special Taster Saturday.

The morning will include complimentary 20-minute taster classes, a coffee cart, protein balls and treats. It is a chance to explore the studio, chat with the instructors and get a feel for House of Core’s approach to movement, strength and wellbeing.

Classes will run every 30 minutes between 9.00am and 12.00pm on Saturday 4 July. Each session is limited to 12 participants and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Locals are welcome to drop in, enjoy a coffee, take a look around and try a short class before the studio officially opens.

Official Opening: Monday 6 July

House of Core will officially open its doors on Monday 6 July, welcoming the local community into its new studio space for strong classes and good energy.

Alongside the launch, the studio will run a soft opening timetable designed to ease members into the schedule and offer a range of class times across the week.
