Lane Cove Cinema Club presents a free screening of the acclaimed documentary In My Blood It Runs as part of NAIDOC Week.
The film follows a ten year old Arrernte boy who is a gifted storyteller and healer in his own community, yet struggles within the mainstream school system and faces growing scrutiny from welfare services. His family fights to give him a strong cultural education alongside his western schooling, hoping to change the course of his future.
The screening runs for around 90 minutes at Pottery Lane Performance Space. Free entry
