A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu demonstration comes to The Canopy on Saturday 25 July, giving locals a chance to watch a live display of grappling and self defence techniques in the plaza.
The session runs from 11:30am to 12:30pm and is suitable for all ages, whether spectators are simply curious or thinking about giving the sport a go themselves. Entry is free.
The display is weather dependent, so keep an eye on conditions on the day. Head to The Canopy in Lane Cove village for a front row seat.
