Liquid Nitrogen with Fizzics, National Science Week

Lane Cove Library celebrates National Science Week on Tuesday 11 August with a Liquid Nitrogen show presented by Fizzics Education, exploring the science behind one of the coolest substances on the planet.

Presenters will run a series of hands-on demonstrations, including shattering a tennis ball with extreme cold and creating dragon’s breath fog. It’s a fun, fast-paced introduction to basic physics and chemistry, suitable for all ages.

The event is free but bookings are essential, as spots are limited.
