Understanding Grief and Loss, St Leonards Library
12 August 2026 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
Free
St Leonards Library hosts a free session on understanding grief and loss on Wednesday 12 August, presented by Sasha MacBride, a trauma therapist, social worker and bereavement counsellor with HammondCare.
The session explores common experiences of grief and offers practical guidance and strategies for supporting yourself or someone close to you through loss. It is designed to be accessible to anyone wanting to better understand grief, whether they are supporting a friend or family member or working through their own experience.
The event is free but bookings are essential, as places are limited. This session follows an earlier one at Lane Cove Library on 10 August, part of the same HammondCare series.
