Lane Cove Library hosts local writer, poet and lyricist Rebecca de Winter on Thursday 20 August, exploring the craft of writing a musical fantasy novel.
De Winter will talk about her novel Narkey Hole and the Quest for Immortality, set in a world where animals break into song and some species have extraordinary powers. The story follows Van, a cat-vampire racing against time as he loses his life-sustaining whiskers.
The talk is free, with books available to purchase on the night. Bookings are essential.
