Spend a day immersed in colour and technique with master printmaker Andrew Totman at Gallery Lane Cove. This hands-on workshop covers a range of monoprinting methods for producing layered, bold multiple-plate prints, with step-by-step demonstrations throughout the day.
Participants experiment with mark-making techniques from customary approaches to more experimental methods using paper stencils and found objects such as leaves or feathers. By the end of the session, everyone takes home a small portfolio of unique prints.
Suitable for both novices and more advanced students, with Totman giving individualised attention throughout. Runs alongside the gallery’s Dream and Reason exhibition.
