Discover the creatures living right in the neighbourhood at Stringybark Creek on Saturday 5 September. Dip net for aquatic bugs in the creek and sift through leaf litter to see what’s hiding underneath, all as part of the Water Bug Blitz, a national citizen science program.
All equipment and guidance provided by Council. Suitable for ages 5 and up, with children needing an accompanying adult throughout.
Bookings essential, with spaces limited to 8 people. Adults must book a ticket for themselves as well as any children attending. Exact meeting location provided after booking.
