Memory Cafe’s monthly gathering marks Dementia Action Week with a special session on Wednesday 16 September, offering a friendly, supportive space where people with dementia and their carers can connect over lunch. This session includes entertainment, active minds activities and a barbecue.
Memory Cafe usually runs monthly, providing an opportunity to share experiences and enjoy meaningful social interaction in a relaxed setting.
