Sustainability Lane – Waste to Art Competition (win $100)

Lane Cove Council is inviting artists of all ages to create an artwork using small waste materials such as bottle caps, buttons, CDs etc – the bin’s the limit! All entries will be displayed at the ‘Gallery’ at the Council Sustainability Tent at Sustainability Lane on 11th October 2026, where the public will vote for their favourite work.
How to enter:
1. Register your details online
2. Create an artwork on an A4-sized base using waste materials.
3. Submit your artwork to Lane Cove Council Chambers between 4 September – 8 October 2026.
The artwork that receives the most People’s Choice votes at Sustainability Lane will win the $100 prize.
