Caring Changes You — with Rosemary Gattuso

Marking National Carers Week, author and family mediator Rosemary Gattuso joins Lane Cove Library on Monday 12 October to explore the emotional realities of caring for a loved one. Drawing on her professional background as a counsellor alongside her own experience caring for her parents, Gattuso will unpack why carers can gradually lose sight of themselves, and offer practical, strengths-based ways to navigate the experience.

The talk draws on her book Tell Someone Who Cares: Balancing the Ups and Downs of Caring for Someone You Love, which explores an experience shared by millions of Australians but rarely discussed openly.

The event is free, but bookings are essential.
