Buzz: Lane Cove Bush Kids
23 October 2026 @ 9:45 am - 11:15 am
$11.92
Lane Cove Bush Kids turns to bees on Friday 23 October, with a morning of storytelling, a bushwalk and nature craft at Blackman Park Playground. Bees play an important role pollinating plants around the world, and Australia has some special ones, including a stingless native bee.
Little explorers aged 2 to 5 will discover what makes bees buzz, then head off on a short bush walk before settling in to make something to take home. Each Bush Kids session includes a walk on unsealed bush tracks, a craft activity and a story, designed for children and the adults who come with them.
The session runs from 9:45am to 11:15am. Bookings are through Eventbrite, and adults need a ticket too.
