Uncork the Night: A Wine Dinner with a Difference

Dust off that mystery bottle at the back of the cellar. The Rotary Club of Hunters Hill is hosting Uncork the Night, a wine dinner with a difference, at The Baytree in Greenwich on Thursday 12 November from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.

Guests bring an older bottle from their own collection to share and compare with their table. Bottles under five years old can’t win a prize. Jeff Byrne of Byrne Farm Wines in Orange will judge the best wine of the night and Marianne Thiering will judge the worst.

Tickets are $95 per person including a two-course dinner, with tables of eight. Funds raised support the Rotary Clubs of Hunters Hill and Lane Cove. Bookings close at 6:00pm on Monday 9 November.
