Sissons is an architecture practice based in North Sydney, founded in 2012 and led by partners Nick and Patricia Sissons. The studio works from concept through to completion across heritage, workplace, residential, civic, education and sport projects, combining commercial realities with creativity and big picture thinking.
Their portfolio ranges from the heritage Locomotive Workshop at South Eveleigh and the Sydney University grandstand to Parramatta Square, St Leonards Square and homes closer to home in Greenwich. The team’s approach is simple: solve complex problems with simple solutions, settle only for the best answer rather than the easiest, and treat design as a team sport with clients part of the process.
Nominated Architect: Nicholas Sissons, NSW Reg 7021.
