– Shadow boxing training
– Boxing Pad work with various individuals
– Evasive boxing skills
– Stretching & Rolling out the ribs with medicine balls
– Fast feet ladder display
– Amateur Light technical sparring (NSW Uniform)
– Professional light technical sparring (PRO Outfit)
– Photo Back Drop for kids to have selfies with our Professional Boxers and our talented Amateur Boxers
– Interview of Amateur & Professional Boxers in a podcast style of casual chat about the sport
– Free merchandise, Free Trial sessions and selfies to be handed out on the day.
